● High reliability in operation.
● Low temperature rise and long service life.
● High short circuit and insulating strength.
● Overload capability in compliance with IEC 60354.
● Sealed construction to prevent moisture entry.
● Extended creepage HV bushings as standard execution.
● Utec’s standard proven surface treatment.
● Flexibility in designing transformers to meet customer requirements (Optimum cost)
● Competitive short delivery time.
Advantages
1.Better heat dissipation achieved through vacuum encapsulation, resulting in more output power from a smaller, more compact design.
2.Vacuum encapsulation provides protection against external influences (e.g. wash operations) and mechanical stress (e.g. vibration). It also reduces the potential of noise through vibration.
3.Dimensional accuracy of each transformer guaranteed by stable and controlled manufacturing processes, allowing for automatic pick and place operations.
