Excellent quality 220v 24v Transformer - High Frequency UT Series Power Common Mode Inductor For DVD – Sanhe Detail:

Introduction

It is a UT type common mode inductor, which is mainly used for the voltage input end of DVD power supply. It can eliminate common mode interference and optimize EMC parameters. With a closed-type iron core of high permeability, LCL-20-068 performs well in high-frequency impedance and is usually suitable for occasions where the working current is not very large due to its limited winding space.

Parameters

NO.	ITEMS	TEST PIN	SPECIFICATION	TEST CONDITIONS
1	Inductance	L（1-2）	2.9mH MIN	1.0KHz,1.0Vrms
		L（3-4）
2	Inductance Deflection	I L1-L2 I	500uH MAX	1.0KHz,1.0Vrms
3	DCR	R（1-2）	0.3Ω MAX	AT 20℃
		R（3-4）

Dimensions:（Unit: mm）& Diagram

Features

1. UT20 structure and double-slot roller BOBBIN
2. Ferrite core of high permeability
3. Two windings are wound symmetrically after the magnetic core is pre-installed
4. Wound by special automatic winding equipment

Advantages

1. Roller BOBBIN structure is suitable for automatic equipment winding, which greatly improves the production efficiency
2. With closed high-conductivity core, the inductance is more stable than non-closed structures such as UU type
3. Compact structure, consistent in size, and easy to assemble
4. Perform well in impedance
