Factory Price Flyback Transformer Core - SANHE EOC21 DC High Voltage 12V 220V Stepdown PCB Mount Transfomer – Sanhe
Factory Price Flyback Transformer Core - SANHE EOC21 DC High Voltage 12V 220V Stepdown PCB Mount Transfomer – Sanhe Detail:
Introduction
SANHE-EOC21 transformer mainly supplies power for the power control part of the range hood. By converting the 220V mains into required DC voltage, the transformer can provide three sets of working voltages at the same time to realize basic control functions of fan drive, lighting, air volume adjustment, etc.

Features
1. EOC21 vertical structure enhances capability of DC superposition
2. Self-contained shield windings
3. Three layers of insulated wire as margin tape improves insulation.
4. Extra insulation are added to the secondary side. More than 1KV resistance can be withstood between the secondary windings
5. Primary winding and auxiliary winding in the whole layer improves the coupling
Advantages
1. EOC structure magnetic core with larger Ae value ensures good characteristics in DC superposition
2. The use of the internal grounding shield winding ensures a good electromagnetic compatibility
3. There are insulation between the primary and secondary and among the secondary, which further improves product safety
4. Stable voltage on account of primary winding and auxiliary winding
