It is a high frequency transformer used in single cooling air conditioner outdoor unit.
It mainly provides DC voltage for the outdoor unit of the air conditioner to realize the normal operation of the CPU-controlled refrigeration, data storage, temperature control sensor, voltage and current protection, fan control and other modules.
This product uses reinforced insulation design to meet the requirements of use in harsh conditions.

SANHE-ER28-001 is a insulation reinforced switch mode power supply transformer , which mainly cooperates with the outdoor unit power supply to complete the following functions:

1. Supply power to the mainboard CPU of the outdoor unit, so that the outdoor unit and the indoor unit of the air conditioner can transmit signals
2. Maintain the power of the storage module of the air conditioner for use by the CPU when it is running
3. Enable AC detection circuit to monitor whether AC voltage is normal
4. Cooperate with the monitoring module to monitor the voltage and current of the compressor when it is working, so as to better control the compressor
5. Power supply for the fan part, control the fan relay, and control the operation of the outdoor fan

1. On the basis of ensuring a safe distance, the secondary side of the transformer uses triple insulated copper wire, which further increases the reliability of the insulation.
2. The matching size between the Bobbin and the iron core has been calculated precisely to ensure that there is no stress under hot and cold deformation conditions
3. Strictly monitor the winding ratio to ensure the output voltage accuracy


1. On the basis of ensuring a safe distance on the secondary side of the product, three layers of insulated wire with IEC61558 standards are used to further increase the insulation ability
2. The superimposed current on the primary side reaches more than 1.8A, and no malfunction will occur when an instantaneous large current is generated during operation
3. In the environment of low temperature minus 40℃ and high temperature above 85℃, the output voltage accuracy can be guaranteed
